Manning’s also offers Whole, 1/2 and 1/4 beef for those interested in buying directly from us. Our beef are locally raised, that are grain fed and antibiotic free angus beef.

If you are interested in buying directly from us please contact the office for any additional information before submitting a cut order online. We do require a deposit of $250.00. The remainder will be collected at the time of pick up.

Average Hanging Weights, Whole Beef 775lbs, 1/2 380lbs and 1/4 200lbs.

Approx. 40% loss from hanging weight to take-home weight. (This could change depending on cutting instructions)

Example of Price (this is an estimate, all beefs do not weigh the same)

Whole 775lbs x $4.40= $3,410.00

Side 380lbs x $4.45 = $1,691.00

1/4 200lbs x $4.55 = $910.00

When you order a 1/4 beef you will be getting cuts from the hind and front quarter of the beef.
